We're rebuilding our finance systems and reporting infrastructure from the ground up, and we need someone who can make our systems actually talk to each other. This role owns the connective tissue between our financial platforms — building integrations, automating data flows, and turning scattered numbers into reporting and insights leadership can trust. You'll use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to build automation, surface analytics, and cut down manual work across finance operations. We're looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or data/analytics — strong enough to work independently on integration and automation, but still early enough in career to grow alongside the role as it expands.
