Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, SSC/GBS, business process improvement, or transformation projects
• Good understanding of core finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash
• Interest in finance transformation, operating model design, process optimization, and technology-enabled change
• Ability to collect and analyze information, identify issues, and translate findings into clear recommendations
• Experience contributing to projects and taking ownership of assigned deliverables
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence working in an international environment 🎤
• Degree in finance, economics, business administration, information systems, or a related field 🎓

Language knowledge

• Hungarian (fluent)
• English (fluent)

Bonus Points If You Have ⭐

• Experience in consulting or an SSC/GBS environment 🌍
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools 📊
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, process mining, RPA, or workflow solutions ⚙️[AR6.1]
• Experience working in international teams or on cross-border projects

As a Finance Transformation Consultant, you will support transformation projects across finance process improvement, operating model design, shared services, automation, and technology-enabled change initiatives. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, build your consulting toolkit, and take ownership of clearly defined project deliverables.

You will:

• Support finance transformation projects for Hungarian and international clients 🌍
• Collect and analyze business requirements, process information, and operational data
• Document current-state finance processes and help identify improvement opportunities 🔍
• Contribute to the design of future-state processes, target operating models, and practical recommendations
• Prepare clear analyses, presentations, workshop materials, and project documentation 📑
• Support client interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions ?
• Assist with finance technology assessments, testing, training, and implementation activities ⚙️
• Contribute to shared services and GBS design, process optimization, automation, and digital finance initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across finance, consulting, and technology
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, communicate progress, and deliver high-quality work on time 🎯
