We are seeking a Finance Systems Lead to lead the ongoing development, optimisation and management of key Finance systems, with a strong focus on Anaplan and Power BI. Working closely with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders, you will use your technical expertise and commercial understanding to improve planning, forecasting, reporting and profitability insights across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development, optimisation and governance of Anaplan across Finance, supporting annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and BAU activities
  • Act as the Finance Anaplan subject matter expert, overseeing model design, integrations, performance, controls and best-practice standards
  • Lead Power BI development across Finance, delivering sophisticated dashboards, reporting and analytics using data modelling, DAX and Power Query
  • Own and continuously improve the Profitability Reporting Framework, providing accurate and commercially meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve Finance systems, reporting and processes
  • Work with senior Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • Anaplan Solution Architect certification or higher is essential
  • Hands-on experience building and optimising complex Anaplan models
  • Strong Anaplan administration experience including governance, user management, integrations and performance
  • Strong Power BI development experience, including sophisticated dashboards, data modelling, DAX and Power Query
  • Experience developing financial, commercial or profitability reporting frameworks
  • Experience with Python for data processing, automation, integration or financial analytics will be highly regarded
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical business solutions
