Overview
The Director, Finance Systems leads the technology function of the Finance Systems (FIS) organization, reporting to the Sr Director, Finance Systems, who owns the overall Finance Systems portfolio and NFI’s Workday Financials program. This role is the senior technical leader for the company’s financial systems and is a core member of the Workday Financials implementation team, delivering the technical build, conversion, and cutover workstreams within the program direction set by the Sr Director, while sustaining production support for Infor Lawson through cutover.
Finance Systems is a growing organization, and the technology scope of this role expands as NFI’s Workday footprint grows. This is intended as a long-term seat with a deliberate development path: the Director will gain exposure to executive stakeholders, vendor and contract ownership, and enterprise program governance, and offers a potential to expand in scope as the Finance Systems organization evolves . Advancement is based on demonstrated performance and business need and is not tied to a specific timeline.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $125,000-$175,000. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
