About the role

We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to support and develop our Group Finance systems landscape. This role sits within the Group Financial Control team and plays a key part in ensuring our financial systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.

You will work closely with Finance, IT and external partners, acting as a bridge between technical and business teams while supporting continuous improvement of financial reporting processes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of finance systems, including integrations and related applications
  • Develop and enhance Oracle HFM (metadata, rules, configurations) in line with business requirements
  • Support system-related projects (e.g. upgrades, patches, data migrations)
  • Act as a go-between for Finance and IT, translating business needs into system solutions
  • Analyse and coordinate change requests, including impact assessments and data quality improvements
  • Support design and implementation of system changes to improve reporting and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Finance and IT
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and upskilling within the Finance Systems team

What you'll bring

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Oracle HFM (user, support or development)
  • Understanding of financial reporting processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English (at least B2 level)

Nice to have

  • SAP FICO or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Experience with ESG or property-related systems
  • Exposure to AI tools / agents in a work environment
