We’re not going to pretend this is “an exciting role in a nice company.”

This is a role for someone who enjoys winning complex battles: making large systems work across countries, getting processes to flow, turning automation into reality – and making AI deliver measurable impact.

At Heimstaden, we run hundreds of thousands of transactions every week. Small improvements become big numbers. And yes: we’re completely honest when we say we believe we have one of Norway’s most competent environments for D365 Finance & Operations – and we are at the very forefront of using AI and automation for advanced process improvement. If you have been looking into MCP for Dynamics 365 and Vibecoding - Heimstaden is at the "forefront" of building production solutions with that technology.

Now we need someone who wants to be part of this.

You’ll get responsibility, influence, and room to act – and you’ll be a key player in our biggest initiatives, especially D365 FO implementations.

What you’ll actually do:

1) Help create solutions others have to live with – and love

• Define architecture principles, standards, and design for D365 FO and its surrounding ecosystem
• Contribute to decisions that provide speed now and control over time

2) Take AI from “wow” to “wow, it actually works”

• Drive production-ready automations and AI agent solutions: needs → design → test → production → value measurement
• You get to play at the cutting edge. But you also have to deliver

3) Be a key part of governance (because speed without control is just chaos)

• Play a central role in the governance model for Finance Systems at the group level
• Ensure we can move fast – without losing control

Qualifications

You typically have:

• 2–4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with D365 FO (especially finance modules)
• Some experience from larger implementations / transformations
• Strong ability to collaborate across countries, vendors, and professional environments
• Experience with Power automate, Copilot studio and Power apps is a plus
