This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy and dynamic Finance Systems team, supporting a wide range of finance systems and processes across the firm.
Working with a variety of systems and technologies, including Elite 3E, SAP Concur and Power BI, you’ll help ensure our finance systems and data are maintained accurately, support colleagues with day-to-day queries and contribute to reporting and wider team projects.
This role would be a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and an interest in technology and systems who is looking to build their experience within Finance Systems, business support or technology.

Please note, applications for this role will close on Wednesday 19 August.

The Role

As part of the Finance Systems team, you will:

  • Maintain and update client, matter and timekeeper information across the firm’s finance systems.
  • Carry out day-to-day administration within Elite 3E and other finance applications, helping to maintain accurate and reliable system data.
  • Monitor the Finance Systems mailbox and service desk tickets, triaging queries and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team member.
  • Follow up on outstanding queries and provide a responsive, customer-focused service to colleagues across the firm.
  • Produce ad hoc reports using Power BI and other reporting tools, supporting data gathering and analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the administration of SAP Concur, including maintaining approver hierarchies and assisting with user queries.
  • Provide administrative support for Finance Systems projects, testing and other system-related activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team, helping us identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.

The Candidate

You will be organised, proactive and keen to learn, with an interest in systems, technology and how they can support a business.

You will also have:
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.

Previous experience within finance, legal or professional services would be beneficial but is not essential. Experience using business systems, databases or reporting tools such as Power BI would also be advantageous, as would knowledge of Elite 3E, SAP Concur or similar systems.

Most importantly, you’ll be enthusiastic, willing to learn and interested in developing your knowledge of finance systems and business technology.

Benefits
