Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Finance System Administrator to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across multiple brands within the organization.
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of master data, maintaining system configurations, supporting reporting and dashboard solutions, and enabling seamless integration between ERP and other business applications. The Finance System Administrator will work closely with Finance, IT, and operational teams to ensure ERP systems effectively support business processes, operational efficiency, and data visibility.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with ERP administration experience who are passionate about finance systems, process improvement, automation, and data integrity.
ERP Implementation and System Support
Support the deployment, configuration, and enhancement of ERP solutions across various business units and brands.
Assist in aligning ERP functionality with operational and finance business processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external ERP providers during implementation and maintenance activities.
Master Data Management
Maintain and regularly update ERP master data including finance structures, user roles, and access rights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance across all systems.
User Access and Authorization Management
Configure and manage user roles, approval workflows, and authorization schemes within the ERP system.
Ensure access controls align with organizational hierarchies and business requirements.
Financial Structure Configuration
Create and maintain chart of accounts, cost centers, and related accounting structures within the ERP system.
Support accurate financial tracking, reporting, and controlling processes.
Reporting, Data Extraction and BI Solutions
Develop and maintain standardized reports, templates, dashboards, and database extracts.
Support business intelligence initiatives using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
Provide data visibility and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
System Integration and Process Automation
Support interfaces and integrations between ERP and other business applications.
Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Help ensure seamless and reliable data flow across systems.
System Maintenance and Issue Resolution
Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Coordinate with Finance teams, IT departments, employees, and ERP vendors to resolve technical and functional concerns.
Support continuous system improvements and sustainability initiatives.
To qualify for the position,
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting, administering, or maintaining ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Structured and conscientious approach to work with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and functional teams.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for delivering excellent internal customer service.
- Knowledge of SQL and database queries.
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or equivalent programming languages.
- Understanding of standard finance systems, accounting structures, and IT environments.
- Exposure to system integrations, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
Work Arrangement
- Work onsite for the first 4 months and will transition to a hybrid arrangement (twice a week onsite) after passing your 3rd month performance review.
- Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Office is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, Ortigas CBD, and Rizal areas.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PH time
