Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Finance Support Officer to support our finance team and help ensure the smooth operation of both finance and commission functions within the real estate environment. This role involves stepping into priority tasks and managing a broad range of financial and administrative processes.

This is a full-time position based primarily at our Eastwood office, ideally suited to someone who enjoys variety and is eager to contribute to ongoing transformation and process improvement initiatives.

The Role

As our Finance Support Officer, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day operation of finance and commission functions within a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Manage a variety of financial administration tasks including commission processing, receipting, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Assist with settlements, onboarding administration, commission statements, and internal stakeholder enquiries.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives while providing flexible support during peak workload periods.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the initiative to step in and support where needed
  • Naturally curious, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy across all tasks
  • Well-organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Currently studying toward, or having completed, a qualification in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
