Finance Supervisor/Manager迪门全职职能板块职位描述1. 负责海外公司的总账会计核算和结算；
2. 负责海外公司月末结账和对账；
3. 审核海外子公司的财务报表并解释其波动原因；
4. 与外部审计师协调沟通，完成年终审计和财务报告；
5. 管理当地法定会计准则；
6. 作为财务相关事宜的联络人，与各业务部门和共享服务中心对接；
7. 监控海外公司的库存和资产，并进行相应的盘点和资产处置；
8. 根据需要协助处理其他临时性工作。
1. Responsible for the general ledger accounting and settlement of overseas companies.
2. Responsible for month-end closing & reconciliation of overseas companies.
3. Review overseas subsidiaries' financial statements and explain the fluctuations.
4. Coordinate & liaise with external auditor for year-end audit and the finance report.
5. Management Local statutory GAAP.
6. Be contact point of finance related matters, linking with business units and shared service centre.
7. Monitor the inventory and assets of overseas，manage stock taking and assests taking accordingly.
8. Assist in ad-hoc duties when required.职位要求1. 会计或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 至少3年会计领域相关工作经验，曾在大型企业工作，持有注册会计师资格者优先；
3. 熟悉海外当地会计准则及相关法规；
4. 熟练使用会计软件，熟悉SAP者优先；
5. 具备良好的计算机操作技能，包括MS Word、Excel及中文文字处理软件；
6. 能够独立工作，责任心强，能够按时完成任务并承受压力；
7. 中英文书面及口语能力良好。
1. Undergraduate degree or above in Accounting or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting field and sizable companies and Qualified Accountant is preferred.
3. Familiar with local accounting standard and statutory compliance.
4. Proficiency in accounting software, knowledge of SAP preferable.
5. Good Computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
6. Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 投递
