Whatyouwilldo

TheFinanceSupervisoris responsible forprovidingfinancial leadership to theSupply Chain Global teams(Global Make/Quality),working as business partner for people budgeting and strategic projects,and drivingfinancial modeling formanufacturing,qualityand transformationprojectsas well asLong Rage Financial Plans.

This role willplay the critical role of leading analysis, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives across Global Supply Chain Operationsaswell as financial leadership to the function’s budgets and forecast.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with business partners to influence and shape business decisions that support the short and long-termobjectivesand key resultsof our organization.

• Responsiblefor leadingthe financial planningprocessesReviewspendingforecasts, challengeassumptionsand ensure alignment and clear communication across theGlobalSupplyChain organization.

• Closing activities for global cost centers.Work close with GlobalFP&A,Global taxandaccounting toensure flawless reporting for budget and actuals related to the areas under our team responsibility

• Partnering with business leaders to deliver financial commitments.Providing for thecontinual monitoring of the business’ annual budget to ensure cost-effectivemanagement.

• Strategic projects execution as finance partner

• Developing talent for the finance organization.

Whatwearelookingfor

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics or Engineering

• Fluent in English

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in business partnering

• Ability to deal withseveralcompeting priorities and complex issues

• Ability to work autonomously, while keeping other team members informed as appropriate

• Experience in Supply Chain Finance roles
