Energy Systems, Digital and Data Solutions Global Back Office Team is looking for a structured, detailed, positive and solution-oriented Finance Sr Analyst for its Back Office.

The Finance Sr Analyst will be part of the Global Back Office Team, supporting the various Digital and Data Solutions Growth Managers in invoicing and license generation with a high focus on maintaining consistency to our processes, and a high level of customer service.

The Finance Sr Analyst will report to the Back Office Western Area Manager of Digital and Data Solutions. Responsibilities include invoicing for the Digital and data Solutions Sales Products for Latin America. The position is based in Brazil.

Key tasks

We are searching for a Finance Sr Analyst to be responsible for end-to-end product invoicing, licensing, accounting, and compliance across Latin America and support other regions. You will work closely together with the Growth Teams, Support Teams and Finance Managers.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage invoicing and licensing processes in Salesforce (O2I) and Oracle, ensuring full alignment across systems.

  • Oversee recurring revenue and new sales invoicing with strict accuracy and compliance standards.

  • Raise New Sale/ Renewal invoices on time with relevant supporting management information ensuring that invoices meet the quality requirements with clients;

  • Respond to and resolve challenges to invoices from clients and chase late payments with the support from the finance teams as well as report exceptions.

  • Manage extensive legal and compliance documentation across multiple countries, requiring:

    • Multi-language handling (Portuguese, Spanish, English)

    • Complex approval workflows across legal, finance, and business stakeholders

  • Support implementation of new and evolving regulatory requirements, especially in Brazil (e.g., software sales compliance).

  • Act as a key bridge between global legal representatives and local market requirements, ensuring full regulatory alignment.

  • Ensure accurate tax treatment in all invoicing scenarios to prevent financial and compliance risks.

  • Maintain up-to-date expertise on frequent regulatory and tax changes.

  • Perform accounting entries ensuring accurate financial reporting across South American entities.

  • Compliance with company license processes and effective license agreement with client;

  • Working with Salesforce Software, Support Teams to manage cases individually through completion

Qualifications:

  • Preferable invoicing experience, including Oracle and similar systems.

  • Contract process experience is preferred.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access or equivalent packages;
    Familiarity with processes associated with Business finance.

  • Excellent communication skills including a first-rate telephone manner and the ability to write clear and concise communication in Portuguese and English. Spanish is desirable.

  • Analytical approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to remain calm and systematic under pressure.

  • Independently manage high-complexity activities with minimal supervision.

  • Operates with accuracy and attention to detail to provide high quality output within tight service deadlines.

  • Team Working - Collaborates effectively across internal teams to achieve swift and coordinated delivery of results.

  • Strong Customer Focus.

  • Service minded, cooperative, a team player with excellent positive attitude

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
