Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end RTR processes, including perform month‑end and year-end closing activities for the assigned legal entities.
Overseeing the maintenance of general ledger, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Preparing reports with ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards, company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Tasks:
Responsible and accountable for accounting ownership of the designated countries.
Prepare & submission of Financial Reporting pack in line with global and statutory requirements, delivering accurate and meeting the deadlines.
Perform analysis & prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and reports.
Provide timely maintenance and ensure accurate of the general ledger.
Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as part of month-end close activities.
Perform inter-company account reconciliations, invoice processing and payments.
Prepare bank reconciliations & cash reporting.
Process and maintain fixed asset transactions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Update & prepare intercompany withholding tax for payment and submission.
Attend to audit and tax queries by preparing schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
Cross team collaboration to obtain trial balances, clarify variances and resolve data discrepancies.
Support the development/changes in systems, transactions and processes, as well as preparing and updating process documentation.
Participate in special assignments or finance projects as needed.
Degree in Finance or related field
At least 2 years of related working experience in R2R.
Good communicationskills
