The role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance professional with strong experience in Profit and Loss (P&L) management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business profitability.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting
Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast; identify variances and provide actionable insights
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario analysis and financial modeling
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and improve financial performance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability by business unit or product line
Assist in financial planning, cost control, and strategic initiatives
Support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors as needed
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial reporting
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
Proven experience in accounting/finance roles with strong exposure to P&L management and analysis
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
