FILINVEST COMPANY: FILINVEST LAND, INC.

The Finance Analyst Bids and PDMC Project Financials is mainly responsible to provide reliable and accurate project financial modelling, especially the creation of financial templates. The specialist also ensures that the financial results are being compliant to the prevailing parameters pre-set by the Management. The specialist will also perform various finance functions for his/her assigned department which may include (but not limited to: consolidation of FLI Budget and 5-year financial projections, preparation of project FS (since start) and risk analysis).



KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and evaluate the financial results of projects for launch (PDMC) using a dynamic financial template.
• Perform analysis of the financial information, building financial model and templates, and presenting the insights to management for new business and expansion, government bids, unsolicited proposals, mergers and acquisitions, as well as develop financial strategies to drive business operations.
• Review of existing project financial template standards or rules and recommend updates or changes when necessary to be more applicable for each business segment based on prevailing management objectives.
• Review and analysis of actual project financials based on approved financials of Product Development and Marketing Committee (PDMC) and provide recommendation how to close out balances, if any
• Other projects that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
  
   EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
  
  • Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Statistics or Marketing
  • Preferably with experience in Real Estate Industry
  • With at least 2-3 years working experience in audit, finance o related field
