About the Role:
As a Consultant of Finance, you’ll play a key role in helping drive smart, informed business decisions through financial insight, thoughtful analysis, and strategic support. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, identify trends and risks, support forecasting and planning activities, and provide meaningful insights that shape both day-to-day operations and long-term business strategies. You’ll help turn complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations, while also contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall business performance. What You'll Do:
• Create and manage ad hoc and recurring financial analysis to support the strategic direction of the Kinetic Business Unit.
• Track strategic capital investments and offer insights on progress and direction of projects.
• Coordinate with Kinetic team on capital trends and supply reporting and insights into compliance with operational plans.
• Lead monthly variance reviews and quarterly forecast projections.
• Translate large data analysis into consumable summary analysis. Identify areas for improved operation through joint data analysis and analytics.
• Serve as liaison between Finance and the Kinetic team as necessary regarding data discovery and availability, database support, and analyzation of key processes.
• Serve as financial subject matter expert on complex data mining and/or analytical projects or requests.
• Extensive research of assumed issues, capital intensity improvement opportunities, or unexpected capital drivers to confirm the issue/opportunity, define the impact and communicate opportunities to appropriate teams within the organization.
Do You Have:
• College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
• Preferred Skills and Background Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related degree.
• Deep understanding of financial analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of accounting procedures and processes. Experience creating SQL queries for data extraction
• Advanced experience data mining across large disparate data sets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

The starting compensation range for this job is $76,100 to $99,900.
