
The Finance Solutions Development team is part of the Financial Control and Reporting Department and plays a critical role in supporting the reporting needs of Finance units by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful information.
The team is responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into clear, reliable, and value‑adding reports that fully support regulatory, managerial, and financial reporting requirements. In close alignment with the SDA portfolio, the team integrates Finance data functions across the Finance domain. It ensures a transversal, end‑to‑end vision of reporting processes, driving their standardisation, transformation, and continuous improvement.
The role operates in a dynamic and international environment, with close interaction with Finance units, IT, Data Teams and Group and senior stakeholders. The team values ownership, analytical depth, continuous improvement and collaboration.
As a Finance Solutions Development Professional, you will be responsible for designing, structuring and executing all reporting needs of Finance.
You will independently manage reporting processes ensure that data is structured, reliable and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Structure, transform and model data to ensure it is suitable for reporting and dashboarding purposes
Design-structure and execute all reporting needs of Finance
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Design, develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reconciliation across different systems and reporting sources
Write, optimize and maintain MS SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform and analyse data
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements and reporting standardization
Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, IT
Respond to Finance team requests with clear, well-structured reporting design and execution

You take ownership of your responsibilities, can manage multiple priorities and proactively contribute to improving reporting processes and data quality.
Skills & qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial controlling, FP&A, or similar analytical roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, challenge and clearly explain financial and management information
Proven experience in preparing reports and analyses for senior management
High level of accuracy, structure and attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables
Technical & data skills
Hands-on experience in automating workflows using Python, SQL.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI / dashboard tools, including:
End-to-end dashboard development
Structuring, transforming and modelling data to support reporting and visualization
Ownership of underlying data logic, not limited to visual design
Experience with data automation, reporting optimization and data quality improvement is a strong plus.
Experience in project management as a leading role and Experienced with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor or Matser's's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data
