You shape the enterprise architecture for Group Finance across the organization, bridging business requirements with sustainable technology solutions. Together with Business and IT stakeholders, you develop target architectures, architectural principles, and integration strategies for a future-ready system landscape. In this role, you play a key part in strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring close alignment between architecture, delivery, and operations. By promoting modern ways of working, you strengthen collaboration across organizational boundaries.

• Define, maintain, and evolve architecture principles, target architectures, and technical standards for Group Finance
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solution architectures
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Business, Controlling, Accounting, IT, and Governance
• Support and guide strategic transformation and integration initiatives across the enterprise
• Coordinate architecture topics across teams and organizational units

Your Skills

• Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Application Architecture, ideally within a large corporate environment
• Experience in the field of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), analytical systems, and MOLAP technologies, as well as knowledge of modern DevSecOps principles with solid expertise in security and cloud technologies (ideally AWS)
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes, as well as experience in complex transformation and integration projects; knowledge of risk management is an advantage
• Holistic view of processes, systems, and organizations; ability to communicate technical and business-related topics effectively to different audiences
• Solution-oriented, reliable, and self-driven way of working
• Strong ability to provide functional leadership and coordinate activities across multiple teams
• Communicative and committed personality with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent command of German and English; French or Italian is an advantage
