
Morgan Advanced Materials is establishing a new Finance Shared Services Centre in Juriquilla to support its businesses across the US and wider North America.The centre brings together Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and junior accounting activities. We’re now looking for an experienced SSC Manager to lead the team, manage its output and make sure our US sites receive the accurate, timely and practical support they need. It’s a visible role with genuine scope to shape how the centre works as it grows The roleYou’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Juriquilla Finance SSC. That means leading the people, monitoring service delivery and dealing with issues before they become lengthy email chains involving half the finance organisation.You’ll create clear priorities, sensible performance measures and consistent ways of working across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and junior accounting support. You’ll also work closely with finance leaders, controllers and site teams in the US, keeping them informed and making sure the SSC delivers what has been agreedThis isn’t a role for someone who only wants to review dashboards from a distance. You’ll need to understand the detail, support your team when problems arise and keep the bigger operational picture in view
The underlying role profile asks for at least eight years of finance experience and five years of leadership experience within Shared Services or Finance Operations. It also identifies multinational stakeholder management, ERP experience and strong internal-controls knowledge as important requirements.
This is a permanent staff role with the opportunity to lead a newly established Finance SSC and influence how it develops as its North American scope grows. The role is based in Juriquilla, Querétaro, with a hybrid working arrangement and regular office attendance. You’ll work with colleagues across Mexico, the US and the wider global finance organisation.
