Your Role:

We are looking for a Finance Services Expert to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, service-oriented finance professional with a strong background from large multinational companies. This role requires deep expertise across taxation, audit, financial reporting, business partnering, and compliance, combined with superior analytical capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit & Corporate Tax Reporting

•Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.

•Prepare documentation and schedules for corporate tax reporting requirements.

•Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting obligations.

Business Partnering

•Act as a trusted finance partner to business units, translating financial data into actionable insights.

•Support budget holders with financial planning, forecasting, and cost management.

•Facilitate monthly business reviews and performance discussions with senior stakeholders.

P&L Analysis & Financial Reporting

•Support in the preparation and analysis of the quarterly and annual P&L statements.

•Deliver comprehensive financial reports with commentary on key variances and trends.

•Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP standards.

System & Process Improvement

•Lead or participate in ERP/system migration projects and finance transformation initiatives.

•Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance data quality.

•Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance processes.

Who You Are:

  • Qualified CPA is a preference (nice to have) with at least 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Experience in large multinational organizations is a must.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Taxation, Audit, Business Partnering, P&L Analysis, and Financial Reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with system migrations and ERP implementations.
  • Exposure to audit processes and corporate tax reporting.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable reports for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experienced in working within diverse, multicultural teams.
  • High proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
