Job Description

The Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst applies management accounting practices and techniques, carrying out various tasks with a level of creativity and independence under general supervision. Drawing on their experience and judgment, they plan and achieve objectives, maintain production process models to evaluate operational performance, and support strategic planning by offering insights to strategy and operations leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as (Specialist, Analyst, Sr. Analyst)
• 3+ years of work experience in BPO Setting

• Seeks collaborative solutions to address customer issues.
• Exhibits clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Builds cross functional relationships.
• Can articulate thought process and rationale behind decision making.
• Seeks out new tasks, training and coaching and assimilates feedback to improve performance.
• Willing to work in Night shift schedule
