We are seeking an experienced Finance SCM Tech Manager / Technology Solution Architect to provide end-to-end technology solution architecture support for Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems. The role involves leading solution design, integration, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategies. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, functional finance/SCM knowledge, and strong leadership skills to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.
Lead the design and implementation of Finance and SCM technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
Define end-to-end architecture covering applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance across ERP, SCM, and finance modules (SAP/Oracle/other enterprise platforms).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet functional and technical needs.
Manage solution roadmaps, technology adoption, and system upgrades.
Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and scalability in system design.
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve finance and supply chain operations.
Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system specifications.
Oversee issue resolution, change requests, and enhancements during project lifecycle.
Support governance and best practices for finance and supply chain systems.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience as a Technology Solution Architect / Tech Manager with focus on Finance and Supply Chain domains
Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and related modules.
Experience in system integration, data migration, and digital transformation projects
Knowledge of SCM processes (procurement, logistics, inventory, vendor management) and finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting).
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
