Lead financial and regulatory reporting across the EME region while driving finance transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Ensure reporting accuracy, compliance, governance, and operational excellence. Act as Central Administrator for the OneStream Reconciliation tool.

Your Impact:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Deliver accurate and timely financial and regulatory reports. Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders. Analyze variances, maintain controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Finance Transformation & Project Management: Lead finance transformation, transition, and improvement initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, governance, testing, training, and change adoption. Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Process Optimization: Standardize and improve R2R, AP, Intercompany, reconciliation, and payment processes. Drive automation, efficiency, data quality, and control effectiveness. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• OneStream Administration: Administer the OneStream Reconciliation tool, including account setup, user access, and governance. Coordinate system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and user support.
• Controls & Governance: Ensure SOX compliance and strong internal controls. Support audits and remediation activities. Maintain documentation, procedures, and audit readiness.
• Performance & Capability Development: Monitor KPIs and operational performance. Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. Develop training, knowledge sharing, and change management programs.

Your Experience and Qualification:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 6 years of Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance operations.
• Proven track record in finance transformation, process improvement, or transitions.
• Knowledge of R2R, AP, Intercompany, reconciliations, payments, SOX, and audit requirements.
• Experience with financial systems; OneStream experience preferred.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and change management skills.

Your Workplace:

This role follows AGCO’s onsite work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location for a minimum of 2 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers are also located around the office.
