We are looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical Finance Reporting & Data Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for transforming data from NetSuite and Snowflake into insightful, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports that support decision-making across the business.

Working closely with the CFO, Group Financial Controller, and broader Finance Team and other departments, you will gather reporting requirements, understand the business question behind the request, and design reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights. You will act as the bridge between finance and data, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable information.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience building reports using Power BI or someone who is eager to learn, experience working with financial and operational data, and the curiosity to continuously improve reporting capabilities. Experience within fashion, footwear, FMCG, or consumer goods would be highly advantageous.

The Responsibilities:

• Design, build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports using data from NetSuite and other business systems.
• Develop reporting across key finance and commercial areas including management accounts, sales performance, returns/refunds, gross margin, AP/AR, cash flow, inventory, budgets vs forecast and commercial performance.
• Ensure reports are accurate, automated where possible, and easy for stakeholders to interpret.
• Create executive-level dashboards for the CFO and senior leadership team.
• Meet with finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business objectives and translate business needs into reporting solutions and visualisations.
• Present reports and findings in a clear and concise manner to both finance and non-finance audiences.
• Work with NetSuite data structures and reporting outputs.
• Build robust data models and reporting logic within Power BI.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and reduce spreadsheet dependency.
• Utilise modern AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to accelerate report development, problem-solving, and reporting innovation.
• Keep up to date with Power BI best practices and emerging technologies.
• Support the finance team in increasing data literacy and self-service reporting capability.

The Person:

• You’ll already have experience working with large sets of data and confident building reports and dashboards to present to key stakeholders.
• Power BI experience is beneficial, but not essential. You’ll be eager to learn and work with Power BI and ideally have experience building dashboards and reports with other BI tools such as Tableau.
• MS Excel experience is essential and you'll be confident with data manipulation and complex formulas.
• A confident stakeholder manager – you’ll be comfortable taking requirements and find solutions.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple reporting lines.
• Experience within footwear, fashion, FMCG, retail or consumer goods is advantageous as you’ll have a good understanding of the type of data you’ll be working with.
• Experience working with ERP systems is beneficial – we use NetSuite but you may have experience with SAP, NAV etc.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles is beneficial.
• Eager to drive improvements and efficiencies within a team. You’ll be someone who keeps up to date with the latest Power BI updates that we can rollout into the team.
