· Act as a backup point of contact for merchant services, ensuring compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards
· Support negotiation and administration of parent company guarantees; Provide consultation to internal business parters as to appropriate security instruments
· Manage bank accounts and support cash balance reporting
· Maintain authorized signers and banking documentation
· Support and lead treasury-related technology initiatives to improve efficiency and controls
· Drive strategies to optimize trapped cash and support process improvements for banking relationships
· Serve as a bank account signatory as needed for cash operations and FX transactions
· Perform additional treasury or finance-related duties as assigned
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
· 2–5 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal (English and Spanish)
· Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Trax, Quantum, banking portals)
· Background in cash management
· Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners
· Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
· Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
· Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
· Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
· Financial Markets: Knowledge of the products, types, competitors, customer base, major issues and regulatory considerations in the financial markets; ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments.
· Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
