
Finance Recruitment Director
(Qualified/ Part-Qualified/ Transactional sectors) 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH Salary to £75K Base + Monthly, Quarterly and Annual commission
This specialist Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Consultancy has 40 employees and a £6m TO. They have offices in Chester, Warrington, Wigan and Liverpool.
The company have a 20 year network/database and a phenomenal reputation in the North West. In line with business growth they are actively hiring for a Director who will be responsible for the entire Finance Division which currently comprises of 18 consultants (x4 Direct Reports at Manager level)
As a 'right hand' to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the P&L as well as upskilling and developing the existing consultants, client engagement / business development alongside increasing headcount.
Experience Required:
The Head Office is located in a beautiful restored building in Stockton Heath with on-site parking and a coffee-shop on-site. The team here are very friendly, professional and experienced.
Whats more ,the company are an employee owned business, once an employee has been with the business for a year they are auto enrolled into the trust which gives them a get cut of profit every year on top of salary and coms. If the company goes through an event, this will mean a lump sum to each employee.
