An Israeli company that enables to easily build, run, and scale dream workflows on one platform is looking for a highly motivated Finance Project Manager to join its amazing growing finance team. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that the teams are compliant with all business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company extensive growth.

About The Role

• Lead end-to-end cross organizational projects, monitor deliverables and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements, in accordance with the company’s strategy
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
• Manage financial operations, including department’s annual budget, QBR, and more
• Collaborates and communicates with the business application team regarding systems design status, projects progress, and processes building in the department

Your Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Finance Project Manager/ Finance Operation/ Operational role
• Curious, with the ability and desire to challenge the status quo
• A master collaborator – process leadership and effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and managers, in various divisions in the organization
• Ability to work independently, self-learn and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Experience in leading high scale cross organizational projects
• Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, Industrial engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluent English – writing and verbal
