Job Description

We are supporting a leading organization in the energy and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure sector in the UAE that is playing a key role in the expansion of sustainable mobility and EV charging networks nationwide.
They are seeking a Finance & Procurement Manager to oversee and supervise all finance transactions of the organization while also managing procurement oversight. This role requires a strong finance leader with hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and controls, combined with a working knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting
Develop and manage annual budgets aligned with strategic and operational objectives
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial statements and reports
Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting
Supervise procurement activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers to achieve cost efficiency and value
Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
Establish, implement, and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Provide financial analysis, insights, and reports to senior management to support decision-making

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
7+ years of experience in finance or financial management
Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial governance
Basic to solid knowledge of procurement and contract management processes
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
