Context of the Role

Edenred Finance has launched a transformation program named “Lift” aiming at streamlining and digitalizing key processes.

As part of the “Lift” program, the “Fastner” project has been kicked off early 2026. Fastnet’s goal is to implement a European Shared Services on accounting and HR processes

Fastnet started with a Process Modelling exercise which resulted in the definition of process core models:

  • Creating a common reference among Edenred for detailed process documentation
  • Defining Target Process Model at L4 level including key business rules, KPIs and risks, RACI matrix and internal control aspects
  • Identify key process standardization opportunities and risks

Core models have defined by Edenred Global Process Owners (GPOs), who are reporting to the Head of Finance Processes, part of Finance Operations Excellence department

Following the design of the Core Models, Global Process Owners are now supporting the Fastnet project on the following subject:

  • Shared Services Center (SSC) Design and Transition Preparation
  • Pilot transition & Roll out

Main Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance Processes, the Finance Process Owner Trainee

main objective is to support Global Process Owners on their activities related to the Fastnet project

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Fastnet Transition Preparation activities:
  • Gap analysis vs Core Model
  • KPI baselining
  • Sizing review
  • Retained organization structure
  • Escalation point in terms decision making on changes or adjustments to be made on the Core Model
  • Support Core Model adoption:
  • Among SSC teams
  • Among all Group’s Business Units
  • Support Core Model Documentation maintenance:
  • Maintain Core Model documentation
  • Maintain Internal Control Framework
  • Support Roll out of target supporting solutions (i.e: JIRA)

Who You Are

  • Final year of Business School / University in Accounting or Finance
