
Finance Portfolio Delivery Operations Lead | hybrid | Guararema
The Finance Digital Technologies Portfolio Operations Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end visibility, governance, and value realization across the FDT portfolio of projects, products, and initiatives. This role ensures strategic alignment, operational excellence, and the adoption of lean-agile ways of working at scale. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, the role provides critical insights and recommendations to support decision-making and delivers continuous portfolio optimizations.
Finance DT Portfolio Operations
Maintain end-to-end visibility of the FDT portfolio (projects, products, initiatives).
Operate a centralized governance framework and integrated portfolio roadmap aligned to priorities.
Monitor value realization, OKRs, and portfolio performance.
Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles.
Drive transparency through consistent reporting on health, performance, and priorities.
Partner with FDT LT to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
Own portfolio inputs for All Hands, Town Halls, and broader communications.
Delivery Standards & Ways of Working
Manage the FDT Portfolio Runbook and governance model.
Embed high-quality standards, tools, and lean-agile practices at scale.
Ensure compliance through IT control monitoring and adherence reviews.
Improve efficiency through process, tooling, and ways of working.
Foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and best practice adoption.
Provide expertise in delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, ADO, ServiceNow).
Value Management Office (VMO) & End-User Readiness
Lead transition to scaled lean-agile delivery.
Define metrics and KPI framework to drive outcome-focused delivery.
Drive adoption of new ways of working and BAU standards.
Build and maintain Knowledge Centre and Lean-Agile CoE.
Own end-user training and internal communications.
