We’re looking for a Finance Operations Specialist who takes ownership of daily financial operations, ensures data integrity across systems, and actively improves processes through automation.
This is not a traditional accounting role - bookkeeping is handled externally. Instead, you’ll be at the core of how financial data moves through our systems.

What you will do:

• Own billing and invoicing across multiple business units from start to finish. 
• Reconcile complex data between internal dashboards and SAP to ensure 100% data integrity. Manage the finance inbox and act as the primary contact for partner requests.
• Ensure accurate payment flows and maintain high-level data consistency across systems. 
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to move away from manual work.

Who you are:

• 2–4 years in Finance Operations / Accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail & process mindset
• Interest in systems, data flows & automation
• Open mindset with a focus on change and process improvements
• Fluent in German & English
