We are looking for a Finance Operations & Reporting Manager to lead financial control, reporting and cash management across Ports of Jersey.

This is a senior, hands-on role ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting and clear visibility of cash and working capital across the organisation.

You will play a key role in strengthening financial discipline, improving processes and supporting both operational delivery and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading financial control, statutory reporting and audit processes
• Managing cash flow, forecasting and working capital
• Ensuring strong financial governance and compliance
• Supporting finance operations, including process improvement and automation
• Providing insight and assurance to senior stakeholders on financial performance and risk

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in financial control, reporting or finance operations
• Experience managing audits, reporting and financial governance
• Strong understanding of cash flow, forecasting and working capital
• Confident engaging with stakeholders and providing challenge and assurance
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused approach
• Experience in a complex or regulated environment is desirable but not essential.
