Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Finance Operations Lead on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.
Are you a finance professional who excels at bringing structure to complexity and helping teams execute with greater clarity and impact? As the Finance Operations Lead, you will play a key role in strengthening how Finance operates by connecting priorities, improving governance practices, and enabling effective decision-making across the function. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior Finance leaders to enhance collaboration, elevate execution, and support the delivery of FCL’s strategic priorities.
The Team: Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, you'll work closely with Finance leadership, including AVPs, Directors, and senior leaders across Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Risk, Audit, Financial Shared Services and other Finance functions. You'll serve as a central connection point across Finance, helping teams align priorities, improve execution, and deliver on shared objectives.
