Over the past year, we’ve grown quickly. Across Brand Hackers, Up World and Up Talent, we’ve grown our team, expanded our client base, and increased the pace of the business significantly. Now we’re entering the next phase…
We’re focused on strengthening the foundations and building how the business operates as we scale. That means improving our systems, reporting and processes so the business runs more smoothly, decisions are better informed, and everything scales effectively. Some things are already working well, others are still being built.
This role sits right in the middle of that.
You won’t just be running finance processes - you’ll be helping to build how the finance function operates. That means owning day-to-day accounts operations, supporting month-end close and financial reporting, and helping ensure our numbers are accurate and accessible across the business. There’s also scope to support operational and systems work as you settle in, but the core of this role is finance.
You’ll work closely with the Finance and Operations Manager, get real visibility of how the business operates financially, and play a key role in keeping things running accurately and efficiently.
It’s a high-ownership environment, but you’ll be well supported as you learn. In return, you’ll build genuine experience across finance administration, reporting and systems in a fast-moving business.
We’re looking for a Finance Operations Executive to own the day-to-day finance function across the business. This is a finance-first role, suited to someone who is comfortable with accounts, reconciliations and reporting, and who takes pride in keeping financial data accurate and up to date.
The role sits centrally and provides finance support across all three businesses. In practice, this person will take ownership of accounts payable and receivable, support month-end close and financial reporting, and help maintain accuracy across our systems. There is scope to get involved in operational and process improvement work over time, but finance is the priority.
