The Opportunity
We are seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to play a key role supporting the smooth and efficient running of our Risk, Enablement and Finance function.
This is a highly varied role combining operational coordination, stakeholder engagement and executive support, with a strong focus on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agency’s contingent workforce.
You will act as a central coordination point—working closely with Finance, People & Culture and business stakeholders to ensure processes are seamless, well-governed and delivered to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Contingent workforce coordination
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for contingent workers and outsourced providers
Partner with stakeholders across the Agency to support effective lifecycle management
Ensure a consistent, well-governed and efficient experience
Corporate credit card operations
Manage administration of the Agency’s corporate credit card program (280+ cards)
Act as the key liaison with NAB, including issue resolution and optimisation of processes
Support cardholder setup, training, compliance and fraud-related queries
Coordinate updates with travel systems and ensure timely deactivation as part of offboarding
Executive and administrative support
Provide high-quality executive support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
Manage diaries, meetings and stakeholder engagement priorities
Support the preparation of Board, Committee and leadership materials
Coordinate travel and expenses in line with internal policies
Additional operational support (as required)
Support governance processes including Gifts & Hospitality reporting
Assist with expense management (Workday/Concur) and compliance reporting
Provide coordination support across tax, finance, and broader team activities
About You
We are looking for a well organised, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a high trust environment. You enjoy working across multiple priorities and building strong relationships across teams.
You will bring:
Experience in a coordination, operations or administrative role, ideally within Finance, Procurement or a corporate environment
Previous experience providing executive or senior stakeholder support (desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
High levels of organisation, judgement and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and stakeholder outcomes
Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday or similar (advantageous)
