Work Schedule (Required)

This position supports global operations and requires flexibility working with international teams and time zones.

Hybrid Schedule Requirement

  • 3 days in-office:
    2:00 PM – 5:00 PM IST (in-office)
    7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (remote from home)
  • 2 days fully remote:
    6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Applicants must be comfortable working evening/night schedules aligned with international business operations.

As our operations continue to scale globally, we are expanding our Finance team and are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support global accounting operations, invoice validation, reconciliations, reporting, and multi-client financial workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments, and supporting international financial operations with accuracy and ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Support day-to-day finance operations and accounting-related activities
  • Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, operational tracking, and month-end support
  • Help maintain accurate financial records, reporting documentation, and operational finance data
  • Prepare trackers, summaries, operational reports, and supporting documentation for leadership review

Invoice & Payment Coordination

  • Assist with invoice tracking, expense management, and payment coordination
  • Identify discrepancies, reporting gaps, operational inefficiencies, or financial inconsistencies and escalate appropriately

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Operations, Global Delivery, and leadership teams on finance-related coordination
  • Communicate professionally across multiple departments, stakeholders, and international teams operating in different time zones

Audits, Compliance & Process Improvements

  • Support audits, compliance requests, process improvements, and reporting initiatives
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online, Excel, and cloud-based business systems effectively and accurately

Preferred

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based or international companies
  • Exposure to finance operations, operational accounting, or global business support functions
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online or cloud accounting systems
  • Professional services, consulting, outsourcing, or global operations experience

Compensation

Pkr 100,000 – Pkr 130,000/ month
(Based on experience and overall alignment with the role.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • ACCA / CA / CMA / ACA part-qualified candidates encouraged to apply (not required)
  • 1–3 years of accounting, finance operations, payroll coordination, bookkeeping, or related experience
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with leadership and operational teams
