We are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Administrator to join our team at Belgrade Airport — someone who combines accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork with a genuine passion for aviation.
🌍 Your Mission
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining financial and operational data and from various departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times
- Issuing invoices to clients in accordance with applicable service agreements, billing cycles, and internal procedures
- Managing cash handling operations, including daily cash counts, cashier reports, and petty cash administration
- Processing and verifying supplier invoices in accordance with company procedures and applicable controls, and monitoring accounts receivable and payable on an ongoing basis
- Coordinating with external accountants and HQ Finance to ensure timely submission of required documentation and compliance with group-wide financial policies
- Supporting the preparation and consolidation of financial reports and summaries, including contributions to the monthly closing process
- Maintaining organized filing systems (electronic & physical) for financial records, contracts, agreements, and correspondence, ensuring document retention compliance
- Supporting procurement and inventory administration in coordination with operational departments, ensuring compliance with internal approval procedures
- Coordinating the flow of information between departments and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication
- Providing general administrative support to the station and performing any other finance or operational tasks assigned by the line HQ Finance and the Airport Manager
💼 What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business Administration or related field will be highly valued; familiarity with local accounting regulations or financial systems will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Prior experience in finance or administrative role is required
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to managing deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
