The Finance Officer provides end-to-end coordination and control of the organisation's card programs, including prepaid, debit and corporate credit cards. The role ensures cards are issued, maintained, reconciled and acquitted accurately and promptly, with appropriate supporting documentation, approvals and safeguards.
A key focus of the position is to simplify and strengthen finance processes across the organisation. The Finance Officer will identify inefficiencies, standardise workflows, improve forms and guidance, support finance system changes and help implement practical digital solutions that improve user experience, data quality, compliance and reporting across the organisation.
Working closely with the Management Accountant and internal stakeholders, you will play an important role in ensuring strong financial governance while supporting continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
