Duties and Responsibilities

  • Record and manage local collections with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Ensure prompt and compliant payment of suppliers.

  • Support the monthly financial closing process, including reconciliation of ledger accounts and preparation for year-end closing.

  • Contribute to finance-related projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.

  • Pre-register invoices and oversee the internal invoice control process.

  • Ensure accurate final posting of invoices in the accounting system.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records in line with company policies and standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are an advantage).

  • Proven experience in financial operations, accounting, or similar roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to accuracy.
