About the Role

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Prepare and manage debtor invoicing and accounts receivable activities
• Process, reconcile, and allocate banking transactions
• Maintain accurate customer pricing and debtor records within the ERP system
• Manage e-commerce payments and invoicing reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including daily error reporting
• Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and follow up outstanding accounts in line with credit policy
• Identify and report credit risks to management
• Prepare reports including aged debtors, bad debt schedules, and customer statements
• Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end processes
• Support accounts payable and payroll processing as required
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and processes

About You

You are a motivated finance professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role
• Strong experience in accounts receivable, reconciliations, and debtor management
• Experience using ERP systems
• Knowledge of general ledger structures and financial processes
• Payroll processing experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate Word skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism

Desirable

• Experience with MYOB Advanced
• Experience with KeyPay or Rippling payroll systems
• Experience with advanced Excel functions or Power BI
