About the Role
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Prepare and manage debtor invoicing and accounts receivable activities
- Process, reconcile, and allocate banking transactions
- Maintain accurate customer pricing and debtor records within the ERP system
- Manage e-commerce payments and invoicing reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including daily error reporting
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and follow up outstanding accounts in line with credit policy
- Identify and report credit risks to management
- Prepare reports including aged debtors, bad debt schedules, and customer statements
- Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end processes
- Support accounts payable and payroll processing as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and processes
About You
You are a motivated finance professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role
- Strong experience in accounts receivable, reconciliations, and debtor management
- Experience using ERP systems
- Knowledge of general ledger structures and financial processes
- Payroll processing experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate Word skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
Desirable
- Experience with MYOB Advanced
- Experience with KeyPay or Rippling payroll systems
- Experience with advanced Excel functions or Power BI
