Job Description

The Finance Officer supports accounting, financial record management, payment processing, and reporting to ensure compliance with company policies and finance procedures relevant to pharmaceutical operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions (AP, AR, expenses, petty cash).
  • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in payroll calculation and statutory payment records.
  • Maintain accurate vendor and customer accounts.
  • Support monthly financial closing and internal reports.
  • Work with procurement and warehouse on invoice accuracy.
  • Ensure documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.
  • Assist with stock costing and cost control reporting.

Main Requirement:

  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in accounting is preferred; fresh graduates considered.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software / Excel.
  • Understanding of tax and financial documentation is a plus.
