Primary Objective:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Analyse financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Establish and maintain financial systems and controls for timely reporting.
• Manage cash flow and develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term projections.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving and profitability opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial support.
• Assess and manage financial risks and liaise with external partners.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and oversee compliance.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting growth and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or ACCA are preferred.
• 5+ years of finance management experience, ideally in law firms or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills
