You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to Plant Leadership, providing clear financial guidance, recommendations, and scenario analysis to support operational and investment decisions.
  • Lead detailed cost, margin, and performance analysis across labor, overhead, and manufacturing drivers, translating results into actionable insights.
  • Develop and communicate forward‑looking financial outlooks, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and sensitivities tied to operational performance.
  • Drive cost‑out and margin improvement initiatives in partnership with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders, and track performance against financial commitments.
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of the monthly Operations Package, leading financial discussions and influencing decision‑making.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize financial reporting and processes.
  • Provide functional leadership by coaching and mentoring analysts, ensuring analytical rigor, consistency, and strong business acumen.
  • Act as a steward of strong financial controls, governance, and compliance at the plant level.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting; Operations or Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
