We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Finance Manager to partner with our T-Ads organization. This role will be the financial lead for T-Ads “owned & operated and rideshare” business performance, measurement, and ROI and will play a critical role in building a comprehensive financial framework that pulls together data and costs. T-Ads business units are undergoing FP&A integration which will require process change and adoption of new reporting and planning processes.
This role will partner closely with their business segment to monitor & develop financial insights that guide business decisions. The ideal candidate blends strong FP&A experience with hands-on Power BI and data modeling skills, along with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex cross-functional, international environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the financial lead forT-AdsOwned &Operatedand Ridesharebusiness performanceeffectivenessfor both Revenue and EBITDA
Implementdeliverables support performance review – making this consistent and scalable.
Partner with leaders acrossBusinessand Operations toalign onmetrics, assumptions, and strategic decision drivers.
Align with consolidation FP&A Team oninputsfor the corporate deliverablesincluding,Risks &Opportunities(R&O), solution space, Forecast, Budgets and LRP’s
Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reviews including spend analysis, KPI tracking, and insights for executive decision-making.
Build and refine business cases forinitiatives and investments.
Design, build, andmaintainPower BI dashboards thatsimplifydata from multiple sources to be aunified&digestible view for stakeholders.
Alignapproval process for headcount managementfor owned & operatedbusiness
Additionalanalysis asrequiredfor internal FP&A deliverables, examples of which areInvestor Day information, Scenario Planningfor forecasts, budgets and LRP’s
Involvement in integration milestones forBlisand Vistar operationsin so far asimpact FP&A people, systems, tools &processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
10+yearsexperiencewith5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Marketing
Hands-on experience with SQL/Snowflake
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Demonstrated ability to build reporting or measurement infrastructure,not justmaintainexisting tools.
Strong communicationskills; able to translate data-heavy insights into executive-ready narratives.
Proven cross-functionalcollaboratorin fast-paced, dynamic environments.
The successful candidate willpossessthe following traits:
Comfortable building structure from scratch and creating clarity out of chaos.
Canoperateat both the strategic “what should we measure?” level and the technical “how do we build it?” level.
Enjoysstreamlining manual data sources into polished, scalable dashboards.
Confident business partner who can influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
Must be comfortable working with teams based in other locations, including international (UK & India). Some flexibility will berequiredto collaborate effectively with time-zone differences.
