We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function for FabricAir Mexico.
Our current Finance Manager will retire during December after several years with FabricAir. We are therefore looking for her successor with an expected start date of November 1, 2026. This will allow for a thorough handover and give our new Finance Manager time to become familiar with the business, processes and key stakeholders before taking full responsibility.
This is a key finance position in our Mexican manufacturing operation and an opportunity for a strong finance professional to combine responsibility for accounting, tax, treasury and reporting with business-oriented manufacturing finance and participation in our global finance transformation.
You will report directly to the Group CFO in Denmark and work closely with colleagues across FabricAir's global finance organization.
FabricAir is a Danish manufacturer of fabric-based air dispersion systems for HVAC. Our headquarters are located in Køge, Denmark, and our manufacturing operations include our facility in Silao, Guanajuato. Through our global subsidiaries and partner network, we deliver solutions to customers in more than 120 markets worldwide.
As Finance Manager for FabricAir Mexico, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient financial operations for our Mexican entity. This is a hands-on role where you are expected to understand the numbers in detail while maintaining a broader view of the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Beyond these core responsibilities, you will work closely with local management and Group Finance on reconciliations, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls and continuous improvement. We expect you to be curious about what sits behind the numbers and to use your financial understanding to identify issues, improve processes and support better business decisions.
We are looking for a finance professional who combines strong technical accounting skills with a practical and business-minded approach. You are comfortable taking ownership and working independently, while enjoying being part of an international organization where much of your daily interaction will be across countries and functions.
We expect that you have:
Experience with ERP implementation or migration is a strong advantage, as is practical knowledge of treasury, import/export and cross-border transactions. Experience with Mexican payroll processes and NOMIPAQ is highly relevant for the role. Advanced Excel skills are expected, while experience with Power Query, Power BI, IFS or similar tools will be an advantage.
Just as importantly, we are looking for someone who is structured, reliable and curious. You should be comfortable getting into the detail when necessary, but also able to step back, understand the business implications and communicate financial matters clearly. We value people who look for better ways of working, and an interest in automation and AI-supported finance workflows will fit well with how our global Finance organization is developing.
At FabricAir, you will have significant responsibility and influence from day one. You will take ownership of the finance function for our Mexican operation while becoming an integral part of an international finance team.
The position gives you a direct reporting line to the Group CFO and broad exposure across accounting, tax, treasury, manufacturing finance and business support. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in our IFS Cloud implementation and the continued development of how Finance works across the FabricAir Group.
You will join an international organization where we value trust, collaboration, agility and continuous improvement. We want our Finance Manager in Mexico not only to ensure that the numbers are right, but also to help us understand them, improve the processes behind them and contribute to the continued development of our business.
