Responsible for tax planning, declaration and payment for the company in Singapore, ensuring tax compliance;
Led the company's internal audit work, formulated and implemented audit plans, and evaluated the effectiveness of internal controls;
Monitored and analyzed the company's financial status, identified potential tax risks and compliance issues, and put forward improvement suggestions;
Coordinated with external audit institutions for annual audits to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reports;
Tracked changes in tax laws and regulations in Singapore, adjusted tax strategies in a timely manner to maintain corporate tax compliance;
Maintained good communication with local tax authorities and resolved tax disputes and issues.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or related fields; possession of CPA Singapore qualification or relevant tax certification is preferred;
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance, taxation or audit;
Familiar with Singapore tax laws, tax incentives, auditing standards and financial reporting requirements;
Familiar with international settlement methods, financing and fund management;
Excellent communication skills in Chinese to liaise with the stakeholders in mainland China;
Strong analytical and judgment skills, logical thinking abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
