About the role

Step into a pivotal finance leadership role where your work directly shapes how the business plans, invests and grows.

This is your opportunity to lead a high-impact function, guide a capable team and influence outcomes across the business.

What’s involved

  • Strengthen planning systems and processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes
  • Support the delivery of strategic planning outputs, including corporate plan and executive presentations
  • Coach and support a team, building capability and creating a positive, high-performing environment
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and reporting that helps the business respond quickly to changing conditions

About you

You’re a commercially minded finance manager who enjoys connecting the detail with the bigger picture. You naturally build strong relationships, influence outcomes and bring clarity to complex situations.

You’re comfortable navigating competing priorities, bringing structure and calm to deadlines, while supporting your team to deliver their best work.

Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine interest in retail or fast-paced environments will set you up for success. Most importantly, you bring a collaborative, can-do approach and a willingness to learn, grow and make a difference.

You’ll need

  • Significant demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting within a complex environment (retail experience highly regarded)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial modelling
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business or Finance, with CPA or CA completion
  • Experience using planning tools such as TM1 (or similar), along with advanced Excel capability
  • Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders across different levels of the business
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into clear messages
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team, with a focus on development and collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight timelines

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
