The Franke Foodservice Systems division is a world-leading supplier of kitchen facilities, equipment and supplies solutions. As a full system manufacturer, distributor and program management partner, we supply global chains in the quick-service restaurant, convenience store and supermarket segments, helping to manage unit growth and upgrade their facilities.
The Senior Finance Manager – Operations serves as the finance business partner for U.S. manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, and distribution operations for the Foodservice Systems Americas Business Unit. This role is responsible for driving operational performance through cost management, inventory optimization, working capital improvement, operational analytics, and financial planning.
A critical responsibility of this role is partnering closely with the Plant Controller – Mexico to ensure alignment of manufacturing finance processes, costing, estimation, operational reporting, performance metrics, financial controls, and best practices across the company's North American manufacturing network. This position acts as a key coordinator and facilitator of operational finance activities between the U.S. and Mexico organizations to ensure full alignment in our value stream from operational planning through customer delivery.
