DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead monthly closing, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis activities, including monthly and quarterly operating plans. Analyze variances and identify drivers of change across the sales, margin, and expense drivers.

2. Deliver accurate, insightful, and timely management reporting in a clear, actionable format to drive business decisions.

3. Conduct detailed revenue and profit analysis for the Mexico GM and North America Finance VP. Identify trends and recommend improvements.

4. Act as a finance liaison to brand and business unit teams, providing expert guidance on financial processes and best practices.

5. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve forecasting accuracy.

6. Influence business partners through data-driven insights to enhance financial and operational performance.

LEADERSHIP

1. Anticipate market changes and advising on financial strategies that align with long-term goals.

2, Lead meetings to align on forecast inputs, results, and KPI’s across teams.

3, Supporting the growth of junior analysts through coaching and knowledge-sharing.

4, Delegating analysis tasks strategically while ensuring learning opportunities for team members.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with focus on financial modeling and analysis. Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI and/or other analytical software.

2. Ability to learn quickly when facing new tasks/objectives and can change quickly in a dynamic environment.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and disciplined approach to work with attention to detail.

4. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to interface with brand leadership.

5. Proven ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks effectively.
