About Our Client

Our client is preparing to build an export-oriented food ingredient manufacturing pilot plant. The company is looking for early team members who can help establish quality, commercial, finance, and accounting foundations from the setup stage.

About the Role

The Finance Manager will support financial planning, finance operations, budgeting, projection, analysis, and banking coordination from the setup stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance operations, cash flow monitoring, payment planning, and financial controls.
• Prepare financial projections, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Support business planning for pilot plant operations, manufacturing cost structure, and export commercial planning.
• Build financial reports and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for financing, working capital, treasury, or transaction needs.
• Support funding, loan, credit facility, or bank relationship processes when required.
• Provide analysis to support pricing, production planning, investment decisions, and business expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or business planning.
• Background in manufacturing, FMCG, food, agribusiness, trading/export, or startup/build-stage companies is an advantage.
• Experience preparing financial projections and management reports.
• Familiar with cash flow, working capital, cost control, and budgeting.
• Experience managing bank relationships or dealing with financing, credit, or treasury matters.
• Strong analytical and Excel/financial modeling skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, early-stage business environment.
